We collect account information such as a parent or guardian email address, authentication details, purchase records, and support messages you send us.

For child profiles, we may collect a first name, year group, and date of birth where needed to personalise learning. A child can start with a name-only profile after purchase and complete year group and date of birth later.

We use information to provide story access, remember purchases, run samples and reading sessions, personalise learning, prevent misuse, provide support, and understand whether the product is working.

We do not sell family or child personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, payments, and operational monitoring.

Children should use poppet's world through an adult account. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate adult involvement, contact hello@poppet.app and we will help review or remove it.

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain purchase and access records. You can ask us to review, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting hello@poppet.app.
